Clear guidance at every step

Traveling abroad for medical treatment is a major decision — one that most Indonesian families make together, carefully, and with many questions. Our role is to make sure every step is explained before you commit to anything, in language you and your family can follow.

English-based coordination

Documentation and hospital coordination are managed in English. Where hospital consultations are in Korean, interpretation is arranged.

Bahasa Indonesia support materials

Key explanations — the patient journey, pre-travel checklists, and post-operative warning signs — are available as Bahasa Indonesia support documents, shared through WhatsApp. Full Bahasa Indonesia website pages are planned.

WhatsApp-based communication

The entire coordination process runs over WhatsApp: questions, document sharing, schedule updates, and check-ins after you return home.

Family-centered decision support

Spouses, parents, and adult children are welcome in every conversation. We are happy to hold a WhatsApp discussion with several family members together, and to repeat explanations for a family member who joins later. No one should feel pressured to decide alone or quickly.

Step-by-step explanation before travel

Before you book anything, you receive a written plan: what will happen, in what order, over what timeframe, and at what estimated cost — with what remains to be confirmed clearly marked.

We start with your medical documents

If you have medical records — laboratory results, a medical check-up report, hospital discharge letters, or medication lists — share them with us early, in Indonesian or English. We help organize and translate the relevant information for hospital review in Korea.

If you do not have recent records, tell us. We will explain which basic tests are worth doing in Indonesia before travel, and which evaluations should wait for the hospital in Korea. Many patients begin with nothing more than their height, weight, and a list of their health conditions — that is enough to start a preliminary review.

Muslim-friendly travel support, upon request

For Indonesian Muslim patients, we provide Muslim-friendly travel support upon request:

  • Halal-friendly meal guidance, where available — advice on halal-certified and Muslim-friendly dining near your hospital and accommodation, and confirmation of what your hospital can arrange, subject to hospital availability.
  • Prayer space information, where available — we confirm what your specific hospital and accommodation offer, and share information on nearby prayer facilities and mosques.
  • Respect for religious observances — where possible and subject to hospital availability, we take religious needs into account in the non-medical parts of your schedule.
Please raise your needs when you first contact us, so everything can be confirmed for your specific hospital and accommodation before you travel. We confirm arrangements individually rather than promising them universally.

Travel planning from Jakarta and other Indonesian cities

Direct flights connect Jakarta with Seoul/Incheon (approximately 7 hours), with connections available from Surabaya, Medan, Bali, Makassar, and other cities. Indonesian passport holders generally require a visa (or K-ETA where applicable) to enter Korea — requirements change, so we confirm the current process for your situation during planning and help you prepare supporting documents for a medical-purpose stay where needed.

We help you plan flight timing around your hospital schedule, accommodation near the hospital suitable for accompanying family, local transport, and a realistic total budget covering medical estimates, travel, and accommodation.

Your care continues after you land in Indonesia

Before you leave Korea, you receive a written discharge summary in English for your local doctor, a follow-up schedule, and clear warning-sign guidance (also provided as a Bahasa Indonesia support document). After you return:

  • We check in with you on WhatsApp at agreed points in your recovery
  • We guide you on which blood tests and reviews can be done at a hospital or laboratory in Indonesia
  • Where available, we coordinate remote follow-up between you and your Korean hospital
  • We help you and your local doctor understand the follow-up plan — continuity with a doctor in Indonesia is something we actively encourage, not merely allow

Start the conversation in the way that suits you

You can complete the medical review form in English, or simply message us on WhatsApp — in English or Bahasa Indonesia — and we will guide you through the first questions step by step. Family members are welcome to write on a patient's behalf.
